Jon Padfield, PhD is a former Indiana State Representative and is recognized as a subject matter expert in quality by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
Jon earned his PhD in Technology Leadership & Innovation from Purdue University and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from SigmaPro.
Jon's career includes 23 years experience in Technology Development, Product Design, Quality Management, Process Improvement and Corporate Training in the automotive, medical device and healthcare industries.
He has taught Lean Six Sigma, FMEA and FDA Design Control classes in 8 countries across 4 continents.
Jon has also taught graduate level courses in Strategic Management, Project Management, Statistics, Global Technology, and Quality & Productivity for Purdue University. Jon has spoken at numerous conferences including events hosted by the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and Northwestern University.
Dr. Padfield serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for GxP Excellence.
